Summary of Job Description:
The Principal Cybersecurity Architect is a strategic technical leader responsible for enterprise-wide security architecture coherence. Reporting to the Head of Cybersecurity and Risk, this role influences long-term strategy and ensures security architecture enables business growth while managing risk. The Principal Cybersecurity Architect has the following primary focus areas: enterprise and multi-domain security architecture leadership, strategic alignment of security, technology, and business outcomes, and setting overall direction for security architecture.Job Responsibilities:
Defines and evolves enterprise security architecture vision and roadmap and establishes and governs security reference architectures, principles, and patterns. Defines enterprise architecture for agentic AI systems, including orchestration, tools, runtime, and governance. Leads architecture decisions for high risk, high impact, or cross enterprise initiatives, balancing security, cost, and performance. Defines and enforces security models for non-human identities, including authentication, credentials, and lifecycle. Establishes least-privilege access controls and enforces clear action boundaries for autonomous systems. Defines monitoring, logging, and observability frameworks, ensuring traceability, auditability, and compliance. Establish lifecycle governance for agents, including development, deployment, versioning, and retirement Establishes secure, scalable patterns for agent orchestration, tool calling, and multi-agent workflows. Partners with software engineering leaders to integrate cybersecurity practices into CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps workflows. Influences platform, vendor, and tooling strategy with a long-term enterprise perspective.How we reward you:

- Benefits available for eligible permanent full time associates Your background & experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or an IT-related discipline 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, architecture, engineering, product security.
Pay Range:
M3H:
$157,000 - $220,000 / Annual- Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.
