As a Salesforce Developer / Platform Lead, you will be part of the IT department supporting various business units. Remote What's the Job? Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using a configuration-first approach, emphasizing declarative tools and Flow automation. Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify processes, and translate needs into effective Salesforce architectures. Lead the modernization of legacy automation, including refactoring Workflow Rules and Process Builder into optimized Flows. Provide technical mentorship to administrators and developers, promoting best practices and enhancing team capabilities. Support and troubleshoot complex Salesforce issues, ensuring high performance, security, and maintainability across multiple clouds. What's Needed? 10+ years of experience in Information Technology with at least 5+ years focused on Salesforce development and configuration. Salesforce Administrator Certification and Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I. Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, Flow, Apex, and integrations. Deep understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security architecture, and platform best practices.
