Pay Range:

Key Responsibilities:

Design, build, and enhance platform capabilities within Databricks and related technologies. Build reusable data products and self-service capabilities. Design and maintain data pipelines and integration frameworks. Improve data quality, reliability, lineage, and monitoring. Accelerate research-to-production delivery by prototyping solutions alongside researchers and establishing efficient production patterns.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

Experience in the financial domain, especially in quantitative research. Skills in API development. Familiarity with Power BI. 8+ years of platform and data solutions experience. Hands-on experience with Databricks (workspace, notebooks, jobs) and building platform capabilities. Proficiency in Python and SQL . Familiarity with Modern CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform strongly preferred). Knowledge of Data Governance and observability (Unity Catalog, lineage, monitoring). Experience with Orchestration tools (Airflow). AI fluency, particularly in using AI agents (Claude Code preferred) for designing, building, testing, and supporting solutions.
