As a Sentinel Radar Systems Engineer, you will participate in challenging multi-disciplinary work consisting of: + Radar Development + Modeling, Simulation and Analysis + Integration & Test of Radar Hardware and Software + Flight Tests and Performance Analysis + Radar System Sell-Off

• What You will Do
• + Responsible for the development and implementation of radar requirements + Create high fidelity simulations and models for missile design, performance assessment, and flight test support + Responsible for the development and implementation of modeling solutions, and subsequently conduct trade studies and evaluation of system and subsystem performance + Work in a team environment, receiving inputs from the team supervisors and providing guidance and/or direction to other team members + Support hands-on operational Integration and Test at the Fullerton Test Site + Support flight tests and analyze collected data to evaluate radar performance + Support CONUS and OCONUS radar system sell-off to the customer + Ability to travel ~10% •Qualifications You Must Have•+ Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related STEM degree and minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience + Experience applying object-oriented software design in C++, C, and using MATLAB or Python for evaluation of data sets + Experience developing or simulating radar systems + Experience in modeling, simulation, statistics, or analysis for engineering solutions + Experience in System Integration & Test of hardware and software •Qualifications We Prefer•+ Advanced Degree in Engineering, Science, Mathematics, or related STEM degree + Experience working on a team and by yourself, interfacing with multiple engineering disciplines and developing and presenting technical briefings + Experience with radar design, modeling/simulation, hardware/software integration, test and verification + Experience using UNIX/Linux based workstations and using Software Configuration Management tools + Course work or experience in some of the following fields: radar, signal & image processing, radar and/or EO/IR environment models, digital communications, probability and statistics, linear algebra, estimation theory, optimal control, system architecture •What We Offer•+ Our values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world.

• The salary range for this role is 95,500 USD - 181,700 USD.

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
