Contract-to-Hire Job Summary We are seeking a Senior Systems Engineer with strong Dynatrace expertise to support enterprise monitoring and observability initiatives. This role focuses on infrastructure and application monitoring across AWS, Windows, Linux, and virtualized environments to ensure system performance, reliability, and availability. Key Responsibilities Configure and optimize Dynatrace monitoring solutions. Install and manage Dynatrace agents on AWS servers, VMs, and hosts. Monitor infrastructure metrics including CPU, memory, storage, and utilization. Support application performance monitoring, end-to-end tracing, synthetic monitoring, and RUM. Build dashboards, alerts, health checks, and operational reports. Troubleshoot performance and availability issues and support incident response efforts. Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, and application teams to improve monitoring coverage. Required Skills 5+ years of Systems Engineering / Infrastructure Monitoring experience. 3-4+ years of hands-on Dynatrace experience.

Strong experience with:

Infrastructure & application monitoring . Agent installation & configuration. End-to-end transaction tracing . AWS experience required. Experience with Windows, Linux, VMware, and cloud environments. Basic networking knowledge (DNS, TCP/IP, Load Balancing). Preferred Skills AWS CloudWatch experience. SRE or Monitoring background. PowerShell or Bash scripting.
