They will manage systems engineering tasks including the development of technical frameworks, coordination of systems integration, leading technical meetings, and overseeing component testing phases, leveraging experience with DoD cross domain solutions and multi-level switch capabilities, particularly within software definable radios. Exact salary to be determined by the abilities, education, experience, knowledge, and skills of the applicant. Work is hybrid; most work is from home but with routine in-person duties as directed by sponsor.
Duties Program management:
monitor progress against cost, schedule, and performance targets. Coordinate government architectures with vendor deliverables.
Systems engineering:
create technical content for formal meetings with government stakeholders and industry partners, nominate projects, estimate costs, develop design frameworks, integrate systems of systems, monitor subcontractor progress, Test management: plan and oversee all component testing phases, surrogate testing, and field demonstrations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree; advanced degree preferred. At least 12 years of experience in Department of Defense operations Proven experience in a technical management role, with a focus on software definable radios and DoD multi-level security / cross domain solutions. Significant involvement with military aircraft, either as a pilot with a minimum of 1000 hours of flight time, OR through substantial documented experience in system design and integration within military settings. Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and digital engineering tools. Experience with

5.0, MOSA/SOSA, Open VPX standards Must be US citizen Must have and be able to keep Top Secret clearance (completed SSBI within 5 years). Exceptional problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking skills. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly.
