They will manage systems engineering tasks including the development of technical frameworks, coordination of systems integration, leading technical meetings, and overseeing component testing phases, leveraging experience with DoD cross domain solutions and multi-level switch capabilities, particularly within software definable radios. Exact salary to be determined by the abilities, education, experience, knowledge, and skills of the applicant. Work is hybrid; most work is from home but with routine in-person duties as directed by sponsor.

Duties Program management:

monitor progress against cost, schedule, and performance targets. Coordinate government architectures with vendor deliverables.

Systems engineering:

create technical content for formal meetings with government stakeholders and industry partners, nominate projects, estimate costs, develop design frameworks, integrate systems of systems, monitor subcontractor progress, Test management: plan and oversee all component testing phases, surrogate testing, and field demonstrations.
