Meet the team:
The Endpoint Engineering team is a global organization responsible for the design, standardization, and lifecycle management of corporate, R D, and manufacturing endpoints. We operate with a strong focus on security, reliability, and user experience, balancing modern management practices with the unique requirements of regulated and manufacturing environments. The team partners closely with Security, Infrastructure, Manufacturing IT, and R D to deliver consistent, scalable, and compliant endpoint solutions worldwide. We lead the development of endpoint standards and best practices, ensuring devices are secure, supportable, and aligned with business and operational needs.Where you come in:
You define and own the technical direction and standards for Windows and macOS endpoints across Corporate, R D, and Manufacturing environments. Lead and manage complex endpoint projects from planning to execution. You partner with Security, Infrastructure, Manufacturing IT, and R D teams to ensure endpoint solutions meet compliance, validation, and audit requirements. You act as the senior technical escalation point for complex endpoint issues and architectural decisions. You establish and enforce endpoint standards, best practices, and lifecycle processes to drive consistency and operational excellence globally. Develop and enforce systems policies, procedures, and standards to ensure optimal performance and security. You mentor and influence senior engineers through technical guidance, design reviews, and best‑practice alignment (without direct people management). What makes you successful:
You are a strong, hands‑on endpoint engineer with deep expertise in Windows and macOS endpoint platforms across corporate, R D, and manufacturing environments. You bring advanced scripting and automation capabilities, with proven expertise in PowerShell, Python, and Bash, and the ability to write clean, secure, and maintainable code. You serve as the primary technical reviewer and approver for scripts and automations deployed into production, ensuring quality, safety, and alignment with standards. You have strong experience designing and operating endpoint management solutions using tools such as Intune, MECM, and Jamf, at enterprise scale. Your proficiency in endpoint security, hardening, and configuration management enables you to reduce risk while maintaining a positive user experience. You excel at troubleshooting complex endpoint issues and translating root cause analysis into durable engineering solutions. You bring the ability to influence without authority, clearly communicating technical direction and mentoring other engineers through design reviews and best‑practice guidance.
