Nexus Network Technologies is a growing IT services and consulting firm with clients throughout the greater Raleigh-Durham area. We are seeking an IT professional who embodies our customer-centric focus. Qualified candidates will support, manage, and help plan client IT infrastructure. Excellent communication skills are expected, both internally and with clients. This position will help triage service desk tickets, while providing service to clients remotely and occasionally on-site. Selected candidates will participate in a weekly on-call rotation with other engineers.Requirements:
An experienced support engineer with 5+ years of experience. Willingness to travel to client sites as needed. Excellent problem-solving skills with experience triaging issues. Ability to identify, prioritize, and escalate issues appropriately Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with team members Motivated; requiring little instruction or guidance from their direct manager. Solid customer service and organizational skills. 5+ years providing user support. 5+ years supporting and administering the following: Office 365 environments (Mail, OneDrive, SharePoint, Azure AD) VMware environments, including configurations. Windows server environments (on-prem and cloud) Networks (VLAN's, Switches, Routers, Firewalls) Other requirements: Excellent communication skills A hunger to learn new technology Excellent documentation and record-keeping skillsBenefits:
