Discover opportunities to make a difference at RTX. We have an exciting opportunity for a Systems Test Engineer, supporting one of our premier programs on the Aurora, CO Campus for Raytheon. In Systems Integration and Test (SI&T) we integrate, verify, and validate our products and your knowledge with regards to developing plans and procedures, debugging and evaluating system functions and interfaces, developing test environments, and working hand-in-hand with our integration teams and customers will be put to good use. This position is for an onsite role in Aurora, CO. What You Will Do In this role, you will work with a cross-disciplinary team of engineers who are leading the industry in ground systems solutions. Conduct integration and test activities as a member of an integrated product team Identify technical issues during software and hardware integration and collaborate with fellow engineers to drive solutions to closure Work to develop automated test scripts and their execution Troubleshoot and debug issues Support regression testing across deliverable releases to the program baseline Support and attend technical reviews and technical interchanges in support of the program Be a self-starter and work well with minimum supervision Qualifications You Must Have Bachelor's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics or a related STEM field must be obtained by start date. Experience using MS Office Suite tools Experience may be obtained through on-the-job experience, research, coursework, or projects. Qualifications We Prefer Ability to analyze issues and define solutions Proven strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities Basic Engineering skills and interest in how systems are developed and function Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment Ability to solve problems and seek out additional resources Demonstrated ability to work effectively with others (or coworkers). Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products. This position requires ability to obtain a security clearance. The salary range for this role is 57,200 USD - 108,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
