About the role:
As a Systems Engineering Intern, you will support Systems Engineering processes on Westinghouse I&C projects. You will focus on applying configuration management, requirements management, and verification & validation (V&V) principles across multiple systems, ensuring consistency and quality. You will support technical design activities across diverse teams, driving successful project execution You will report to the Systems Engineering & Requirement Management Supervisor and be located at our Cranberry location. This is a paid full-time hybrid position for the summer.
Key Responsibilities:
Support integrated systems engineering processes and tools for assigned projects Support configuration management and requirements management activities Help with verification and validation planning and execution Prepare reports on design changes, metrics, and configuration control activities
Qualifications:
Pursuing a bachelor's degree in engineering Minimum GPA of 3.0 Completed Sophomore year of college Familiarity with I&C systems Understanding of configuration management, requirements management, and V&V concepts Knowledge of statistics and data analysis Experience with data entry and database management We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices.
