Job Description

As the Systems Integration Lab Lead, you will:
Lead:

Direct a multifunctional team in the design and implementation of System Integration Lab.

Lifecycle Management:

Oversee the entire installation to integration, testing, and maintaining operational capability.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with Systems Engineering, Hardware, and Software Development teams throughout all phases of the lab lifecycle.

Risk & Opportunity Management:

Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks and opportunities impacting lab build and operation.

Process Adherence:

Ensure adherence to the all-lab processes.

Issue Resolution:

Oversee problem/anomaly reporting, tracking, and resolution, coordinating efforts for swift and effective solutions.

Stakeholder Management:

Partner with Program Management and Chief Engineer to maintain project schedules and budgets and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Team Coordination:

Coordinate the work of technicians and subcontractors to ensure seamless task execution.

Compliance & Security:

Collaborate with IT and Security teams to achieve Authority to Operate (ATO) for the labs.

Performance Monitoring:

Contribute to the implementation of proactive metrics and reporting to monitor progress and ensure on-schedule and within-budget delivery.

Requirements

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

Active DoD Secret Clearance and eligible to acquire TS and SCI clearances.

Bachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related engineering field and 8+ years of experience in related field.

Experience performing systems engineering activities across the development cycle (analysis/decomposition/derivation/allocation of requirements, system modeling & simulation, system design & development, system integration & test).

Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Experience in performing hardware, software and systems integration and testing.

Experience with issue tracking systems (JIRA).

Experience with Agile development.

Team player with proactive attitude and the ability to be productive in a dynamic/collaborative environment.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

Currently holds Top Secret/SCI Clearance.

Experience with RF, Radar, and Electronic Warfare.

Experience with test plans, procedures, schedules and reports in accordance with program and system requirements.

Proficiency with Agile management tools (e.g., Jira, etc.).

Model based systems engineering principles with tools such as MagicDraw.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range:

$132962 - $226035

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
