Technical Implementation Specialist (Microsoft Intune and Enterprise MDM Specialist) Jackson, MS (50% Remote, In person occasionally if required) 3. Position Description and Job Skill Set Description of the job functions the contractor will be expected to perform. The contractor will serve as a Microsoft Intune and Enterprise MDM Specialist. They will be responsible for planning, configuring, implementing, and supporting the agency's mobile device management and endpoint management environment with Microsoft Azure/Entra and Intune. Responsibilities include configuring deviceenrollment, compliance policies, conditional access, application deployment, security baselines, Apple Business Manager Integration, Android Enterprise integration, migration support, troubleshooting, documentation, knowledge transfer and implementation recommendations aligned with state, federal, and agency security standards. The contractor will work collaboratively with agency IT staff to modernize and streamline mobile device deployment and management process. Required Skills/Experience Provide the minimum required skills and/orexperience the contractor must possess to qualify forthis position. These requirements will be transferred to the ScoreSheet and candidates without these requirements reflected on theirresume will NOT be presented to the manager for consideration. Minimum 5 years of experience with Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Management. Experience implementing Mobile Device Management solutions in enterprise environments. Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (AzureActive Directory). Experience with Apple Business Manager, Apple DEP/ADE. Experience configuring Conditional Access, compliance policies, and device security policies. Knowledge of M365 administration and endpoint security best practices. Experience withdevice enrollment, application deployment, and policymanagement. Ability to troubleshoot enrollment, synchronization, and device compliance issues. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience documenting technical processes and providing knowledge transfer to agency staff. Preferred/Not Required Provide any skills/experience thatwould be helpful for the candidate to possess but not required.

Examples :

Previous supervisory experience, WebLogic experience helpful, etc. Experienceworking within stategovernment or publicsector environments. Experience migrating from Merakior other MDM platforms to Microsoft Intune. Experience with Windows Autopilot and endpoint provisioning. Familiarity with STIG, CIS, or other security compliance standards. Microsoft certifications related to Intune, Azure or Endpoint Management. Experience integrating mobile device management with ticketing or asset management systems. Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
