- 8+ years of experience in application architecture, solution architecture, software engineering, or enterprise technology delivery.
- Experience supporting Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Human Capital Management (HCM), or workforce technology platforms.
- Experience leading architecture for large-scale modernization, digital transformation, or enterprise platform implementations.
- Strong knowledge of application architecture, integration architecture, cloud technologies, data architecture, security, and DevOps practices.
- Experience designing scalable, secure, and highly available enterprise applications and services.
- Experience with API, microservices, event-driven, cloud-native, and SaaS integration patterns.
- Experience integrating enterprise and third-party platforms within complex technology ecosystems.
- Knowledge of identity management, data privacy, security, regulatory requirements, and non-functional architecture principles.
- Experience presenting architecture recommendations and technical tradeoffs to governance forums and senior leadership.
- Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Preferred Skills & Experience
- Experience leading Talent Acquisition or recruiting technology transformation programs.
- Knowledge of the end-to-end Talent Acquisition lifecycle and associated technologies.
- Experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), Workday Recruiting, SuccessFactors, Phenom, Eightfold, Avature, or related platforms.
- Experience integrating recruiting platforms with HCM, analytics, identity, and collaboration solutions.
- Experience within financial services or other highly regulated industries.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery models, domain-driven design, and modern engineering practices.
