We are seeking an experienced IT Technical Project Lead II who combines deep expertise in Passive IT Infrastructure with proven hands-on project leadership experience . This is a unique opportunity to influence large-scale enterprise initiatives, drive infrastructure strategy, and lead complex technology projects in a highly collaborative international environment. This is not a traditional project management role. We are looking for a technical leader who understands the physical and foundational elements of enterprise IT environments and can translate that expertise into successful project delivery, technical architecture decisions, vendor management, and long-term operational sustainability. What This Role Is Really Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who: ? Has extensive knowledge of Passive IT Infrastructure, including structured cabling systems, telecommunications rooms, data center infrastructure, fiber optics, pathways, spaces, network support infrastructure, and physical connectivity environments. ? Can bridge the gap between infrastructure engineering and project management by translating technical requirements into successful project execution. ? Has proven experience leading IT projects from concept through implementation while managing scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholders. ? Understands enterprise architecture and can evaluate how infrastructure decisions impact business operations, security, scalability, and long-term supportability. ? Is comfortable working with technical teams, business leaders, vendors, and international stakeholders. ? Can effectively lead multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining quality and operational excellence. What You'll Do Lead the implementation of technology requirements supporting enterprise business initiatives. Develop and guide technical architecture, infrastructure standards, and solution designs. Define and manage technical requirements, project deliverables, and implementation strategies. Partner with specialists across infrastructure, security, cloud technologies, operations, and software development. Ensure technology solutions meet operational, performance, security, and scalability requirements. Manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to secure required resources and support. Drive risk mitigation, cost optimization, and sustainable IT solutions. Oversee solution integration, testing, quality assurance, acceptance, and deployment activities. Support ongoing maintenance strategies and future solution enhancements. Operate effectively within a global technology environment involving domestic and international stakeholders. Required Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field OR Equivalent combination of education and enterprise IT experience. Experience 5+ years of hands-on IT project management experience. 5+ years of technical experience within enterprise IT environments. Strong background in infrastructure technologies, cloud platforms, IT security, DevOps, enterprise architecture, or related technical disciplines. Experience managing projects from initiation through successful deployment. Demonstrated success working with cross-functional technical teams and external vendors. Preferred Experience Experience as a Systems Architect, Infrastructure Architect, or Software Architect. Experience with enterprise software design and deployment. Experience delivering products and solutions from concept through launch. Experience working in global or international business environments.
