Head of Technology Collectivus is creating a new Head of Enterprise Platforms & Applications role to lead the strategy, architecture, modernization and operational effectiveness of the company's core enterprise platforms
  • the systems supporting distribution, supply chain, warehousing, finance, and other critical business operations.
The Head of Enterprise Platforms & Applications ensures that mission-critical systems are designed correctly from the outset, implemented once rather than repeatedly rebuilt, and scaled efficiently as the organization grows. This role enables execution of Collectivus' operational strategy by reducing platform fragmentation, driving disciplined modernization, and building enterprise systems that support multiple business units and geographies without adding unnecessary complexity. Accountable for how enterprise technology is engineered across Collectivus, ensuring platforms are scalable, maintainable, and aligned to long-term business outcomes. This is a hands-on strategic leadership role focused on building enterprise technology the right way, establishing architectural discipline, platform governance, and delivery quality across ERP, WMS, and every system the business depends on to operate.
