Job Description
Lead SRE strategy, architecture , and reliability engineering initiatives across cloud and enterprise platforms. Design and implement scalable, resilient, and highly available solutions with a focus on automation and operational excellence. Drive observability , monitoring, and AIOps initiatives using Dynatrace and related platforms. Lead major incident management, RCA, performance optimization, and reliability improvements. Partner with customers, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to align technology solutions with business objectives. Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and governance for SRE, cloud, and platform engineering practices. Strong expertise in Dynatrace, Cloud (Azure/GCP), Kubernetes, Automation, Observability, and Stakeholder Management . Excellent leadership and communication skills. Good to have retail domain expertise.
Pay:
From $55.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
