We are seeking a Technology Manager to support Field Services and Training Services for Class 1 Railroads, Regional Short Lines, Transit Systems, State DOT's, as well as Railroad Suppliers, Contractors, and Consultants alike.Required Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or Computer Science (Preferred). Equivalent combination of technical training and/or related experience.Required Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in technology management.Job Requirements:

Analyze and evaluate current network operations in order to optimize performance. Source and recommend changes or improvements to systems. Identify cyber security threats and mitigate risks. Perform system data backups and implement recovery plans. Analyze systems data and report findings. Design and architect system components. Train users on various systems. Set-up and configure office and field equipment as necessary. Performs other duties that are reasonably associated with the above essential functions and additional duties as assigned.Compensation:
