Job Description

Location :
Taylor Texas The Enterprise Architecture Lead will drive end-to-end business process transformation across clients, ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory alignment, and strategic innovation. This role leads enterprise-wide process engineering efforts, designs future-state architectures, and leverages automation, analytics, and emerging technologies to optimize how client delivers value.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain enterprise-level process and capability architectures. Map, analyze, and assess current processes to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and redundancies. Lead cross-functional workshops to uncover optimization and innovation opportunities. Design reengineered; future-state processes aligned with strategic goals and compliance mandates. Recommend and evaluate technology-enabled improvements—automation, AI, predictive analytics, workflow intelligence, etc. Build business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and ROI models for transformation initiatives. Oversee post-implementation performance, continuously measuring and refining process outcomes. Act as a change agent, promoting innovation and data-driven decision-making across the organization. Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles and compliance frameworks (NERC, FERC, PUCT). Partner with Market Operations, Grid Reliability, and other departments to ensure seamless integration.

modeling Lean, Six Sigma, BPR methodologies Capability mapping, value-stream mapping Business process modeling tools (ARIS, Visio, Signavio, Lucidchart, Bizagi) Enterprise architecture tools (Sparx EA, LeanIX, Orbus iServer, Mega HOPEX) Workflow automation / orchestration tools (Camunda, Appian, Pega) Understanding of automation (RPA), AI/ML, predictive analytics Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP exposure a plus) Integration concepts: APIs, microservices, data flows ISO/RTO operations, client market functions Familiarity with
NERC, FERC, PUCT
compliance requirements Grid operations, reliability concepts, and risk management fundamentals
Education/Experience:
Bachelors
