What You Will Be Doing:
The Candidate will be an integral member of the Sustainment Requirements Integration (SRI) team comprised of technical SMEs that leverage established relationships with the value stream teams (e.g. Engineering & Technology, Global Supply Chain (GSC), Sustainment Operations, Program Management Offices, etc.) to coordinate the delivery of Sustainment requirements to our Supply base. The Candidate will operate within a set of well-defined processes for Supplier Statements Of Work (SSOW) development, Technical Evaluations of Supplier proposed offerings, Requests For Information, and negotiations support. The Candidate will provide management oversight of requirements impacting the supply base, ensure the supply base (GSC buyers & impacted suppliers) understands the appropriate response to requirements laid out in their SSOW, verify Supplier proposal responses align to Prime request for proposals, provide resolutions to technical and performance issues associated with sustainment products, fulfill contractual requirements, delivers customer satisfaction and value, and provide quality services and products representing best value to customer/program requirements (cost, Schedule, Performance). The Candidate will be tasked and supported by Technical Leaders on the SRI team.

Basic Qualifications:
MS Office suite applications experience Experience in Business, Project Management, or related Ability to travel
Desired Skills:
Experience with extracting, analyzing, and manipulating data to drive decision making Strong analytical, communication, or interpersonal skills Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Business Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Estimating and/or Finance experience preferred Demonstrated experience in driving complex issues or problems to successful closure Strong work values - Integrity, dependability, self-confidence, and a positive attitude are prized qualities on this team Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where adapting to change quickly is essential Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload to meet program/customer needs Effective oral/written communication skills Proactive, self-starter with motivation to perform with excellence 2+ years of related experiences Current active Secret clearance

Work Remotely:
Part-time Remote Telework:
The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
