ECLARO's client is a leading technology solutions provider, collaborating with customers to manage their needs and achieve success in their business goals. If you're up to the challenge, then take a chance at this rewarding opportunity!
Position Overview:
Experienced Zscaler ZPA (ZTNA) Subject Matter Expert to serve as a key member of the implementation team for an enterprise Zscaler Private Access deployment. The initial architecture and design will be completed by Zscaler and/or an implementation partner. This role will serve as the primary technical interface between the client and the implementation partner, working closely with both teams throughout the deployment to ensure a successful implementation. The ZPA SME will remain engaged for the duration of the deployment, providing technical guidance, coordination, validation, troubleshooting, and knowledge transfer.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary client-facing technical resource for the ZPA implementation. Work alongside the Zscaler implementation partner/subcontractor throughout the deployment. Act as the technical liaison between the client's internal teams and the implementation partner. Develop a strong understanding of the established ZPA architecture and help ensure it is implemented as intended. Participate hands-on in the configuration, deployment, testing, and validation of ZPA. Support configuration of App Connectors, application segments, server groups, segment groups, access policies, and related ZPA components. Coordinate with client networking, security, identity, infrastructure, and application teams as needed throughout deployment. Support identity and authentication integrations, including SAML, MFA, and enterprise identity providers. Assist with application onboarding, testing, troubleshooting, and migration to ZPA. Identify technical issues, dependencies, and deployment risks and work with the appropriate teams to drive resolution. Provide limited design guidance or configuration recommendations when requirements evolve during deployment. Remain engaged following the implementation partner's involvement as needed to support stabilization, troubleshooting, and transition to operations. Provide knowledge transfer and documentation to the client's internal teams.

Hands-on knowledge of ZPA App Connectors, application segmentation, access policies, and application onboarding. Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including DNS, routing, firewalls, proxies, and application connectivity. Experience integrating ZPA with enterprise identity and authentication platforms such as Entra ID/Azure AD, Okta, SAML, and MFA. Strong troubleshooting skills across networking, security, identity, and application environments. Experience working with third-party implementation partners and cross-functional client teams. Strong client-facing communication skills with the ability to translate technical issues and coordinate across multiple teams. Hands-on ZPA implementation expert who can be the client's technical point person throughout the deployment. This person does not need to be the primary architect of the solution, but should have enough ZPA expertise to understand the architecture, work effectively with the implementation partner, recognize potential issues, and help drive the deployment through completion and stabilization. Zscaler certifications and previous experience with large enterprise ZPA implementations are strongly preferred. If hired, you will enjoy the following
