Support integration efforts across enterprise applications including ERP/MRP, HRIS, Microsoft 365, and other core business platforms. Analyze data flows, system handoffs, and integration points to identify gaps, redundancies, and improvement opportunities. Assist with automation, scripting, and lightweight business tools that improve efficiency, standardization, and scalability across teams. Evaluate new technology requests for business value, integration requirements, scalability, duration of need, and long-term supportability. Hands-on experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, PowerShell, Python, SQL, Excel-based automation, or similar low-code/scripting tools. Exposure to Microsoft 365 enablement, identity and access concepts, or enterprise platform administration.
