Design, develop and configure solutions to complex computer applications problems, or system / network issues. Configure modules to support fault, configuration, performance and security management. Define automation rules using AI/ML algorithms for predictive fault detection and optimization. Install, orchestrate, and validate MantaRay NM deployments. Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the functions, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. Develop software functional requirements documentation, interface with teams to manage development and test software.

Minimum Requirements:

Masters degree or a foreign academic equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering (Any) or related with 6 months of relevant IT experience in job offered or as a Computer / Engineering Professional or related. Any suitable combination of education, training, and experience is acceptable.
