Our client is currently seeking an Angular Developer Location

• 12 months About the Role In this role, you'll be the subject matter expert responsible for diagnosing and resolving complex production issues across our front-office investment and operations applications. You'll collaborate with internal teams, third-party vendors, and data providers to ensure system stability and continuous improvement. Responsibilities
• Proactively detect, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues across critical applications.
• Own escalated issues end-to-end, coordinating with development and external teams as needed.
• Communicate clearly and promptly with stakeholders during outages or incidents.
• Ensure compliance with Change Implementation Management policies for all production changes.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure new systems meet production readiness standards.
• Maintain and update knowledge repositories for support-related activities.
• Handle data access requests and other production system activities.
• Drive automation and process improvements in Level 1 and Level 2 support functions. Minimum Qualifications
• Experience supporting Equity Front Office applications in a development or support role.
• Strong incident, problem, and change management skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently with minimal supervision.

Splunk, AppDynamics, ThousandEyes

Strong SQL skills for debugging complex queries Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the Asset Management industry.
• Public cloud experience or certification (Azure, Google Cloud, or AWS).
• Familiarity with automation frameworks for alerting and monitoring.
