To apply for this job, follow this link: https://app.smoothhiring.com/candidate/apply-job/IPR0001-549B?ps=clp Job Duties Engineer, onboard, and deploy new MSP client environments Provide advanced escalation support to Help Desk Technicians and Systems Administrators Conduct advanced network and systems troubleshooting Implement tools, documentation standards, and processes to improve operational efficiency Collaborate with leadership and technical teams to identify and implement process improvements Education Bachelors Qualification Project Management VMware / Omnissa Horizon Ninja RMM IT Glue SharePoint Advanced PowerShell scripting SQL Email migrations Debian/Ubuntu Linux CentOS/Rocky Linux Firewalls/Advanced Networking Windows Servers Active Directory Skill 10+ years of experience in an MSP environment or equivalent IT infrastructure role 10+ years of hands-on IT support experience Senior-level experience deploying, managing, and troubleshooting: Windows Server and Desktop operating systems Active Directory DNS Microsoft 365 VMware vSphere Veeam Group Policy Enterprise servers and SAN infrastructure Advanced experience with Fortinet solutions, including: FortiGate Firewalls Fortinet switches Fortinet wireless access points Fortinet security products Strong knowledge of Microsoft Remote Desktop Services, Azure, AWS, and cloud technologies Ability to serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least two of the following areas: Networking VMware vSphere Current Windows Server platforms PowerShell Active Directory Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) Compensation 100k-140K Per Year Position Type Full-Time Benefits Training,Disability and long term insurance,Paid time off,Retirement,Healthcare,401(k) with 4% Company match To apply for this job, follow this link: https://app.smoothhiring.com/candidate/apply-job/IPR0001-549B?ps=clp
