As a Quality System Engineer, you will be an integral part of the Quality Department supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Up to $100,000 What's the Job? Manage, review, and maintain the

ISO 9001

Quality Management System to ensure ongoing compliance and readiness for audits. Lead internal and external audits, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring corrective actions are effectively implemented. Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to uphold quality standards throughout manufacturing processes. Maintain quality records, specifications, and certifications, utilizing tools like Power BI for data analysis and reporting. Represent the Quality Team in external meetings with suppliers and customers, fostering strong collaborative relationships. What's Needed? Working knowledge of ISO 9001, with additional familiarity with

considered advantageous. Experience in a quality-focused role, including audit management and internal auditor certification. Proficiency in IT tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, and data visualization tools like Power BI. Understanding of quality management tools such as

APQP, FMEA, 6

Sigma, 8D, and 5 Why analysis. Experience working within the Steel and Wire Rod industry or with OEM/Customer technical requirements is preferred. What's in it for me?
