Write and maintain stored procedures, views, triggers, and functions to support application and reporting needs. Optimize queries and indexes for performance in SQL Server environments. Implement and manage SQL Server Enterprise features such as partitioning, compression, and in-memory tables. Create, monitor, and troubleshoot SQL Server Agent jobs and scheduled processes. Use Extended Events and diagnostic tools to analyze and improve performance. Support reporting workflows integrated with Telerik and other tools. Collaborate with developers, analysts, and business teams to align database solutions with system and business requirements. What Sets You Apart 3-5+ years of experience working with Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL. Strong understanding of database process design and business logic implementation. Proficiency in query optimization, performance tuning, and execution plan analysis. Experience managing SQL Server Agent jobs and troubleshooting database processes. Familiarity with diagnostic tools such as Extended Events. Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly across teams. Interest in craftsmanship and continuous improvement in database engineering. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Preferred Qualifications Experience with CLR integration and advanced SQL Server features. Familiarity with Telerik or similar reporting tools. Experience in Auto Finance, Consumer Finance, Banking, or Accounting Technology environments. Strong collaboration skills and ability to work across technical and business domains.
