As a ServiceNow Platform Architect at Ares, you will have a pivotal role in our ServiceNow initiatives. Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and maintain the ServiceNow platform, ensuring it seamlessly aligns with our business needs and objectives. This role demands a profound understanding of ServiceNow's capabilities and a strong background in business process automation. You will lead the architectural design of our ServiceNow platform, focusing on optimizing its performance, scalability, and alignment with our strategic business objectives. Additionally, your oversight extends to the development of ServiceNow solutions, encompassing the configuration of workflows, forms, and integrations. Collaboration is at the heart of your role, as you will work closely with various stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and end-users. Your aim is to gather requirements effectively and implement ServiceNow solutions that streamline operations and enhance overall efficiency. Leveraging your expertise in business process automation, you will play a pivotal role in refining workflows and improving our business processes using the capabilities of the ServiceNow platform. Ensuring that the platform can scale seamlessly to accommodate future growth and evolving business needs is another key aspect of your responsibility. Continuous monitoring and optimization of the ServiceNow platform's performance will be essential, requiring you to identify and address bottlenecks and issues proactively. You will also lead the implementation of various ServiceNow solutions, including those related to Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, and Service Catalog. Your commitment to documentation will help maintain a comprehensive record of system configurations, processes, and integrations, ensuring transparency and facilitating effective platform management. Requirements:
US Citizen Required to pass a background check and obtain and hold a DoD clearance. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred). Extensive experience in designing, developing, and maintaining ServiceNow solutions. Strong background in business process automation and workflow design. ServiceNow certification(s) preferred. Proficiency in scripting languages (JavaScript, Jelly, etc.). Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Effective communication and collaboration abilities. Strong project management skills.
