Merrifield, VA Job Summary:
The Contractor will be responsible for supporting and enhancing enterprise technology systems. This role requires a deep understanding of technology infrastructure and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless operation of technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain enterprise technology systems, ensuring high availability and performance. Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement technology solutions that meet business needs. Perform system upgrades and patches, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for enterprise technology systems. Document system configurations, processes, and procedures.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience in managing enterprise technology systems. Strong understanding of network infrastructure and system integration. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
