Job Description As a valued contributor to our team, you will consult with management on the development of processes and procedures for designing and implementing components of technological structures. In this role, you will create solutions with a process-driven view, as well as maintain and/or update existing structures. The Enterprise Architect-Principal role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities: Key Responsibilities Create current state and future state architecture design Serve as a trusted advisor to business, product and IT teams and partner with them on key initiatives and and developing enterprise strategy and approaches Provide recommendations to clients and ensure application of architecture principles and guardrails while maximizing efficiency, effectiveness, and risk mitigation. Collaborate with local Portfolio Architects on application architecture, data architecture, deployment architectures, functional design specifications and provide input to other project deliverables as needed. Provide viewpoints on technical solutions that address customers' requirements for scalability, reliability, security, and performance. Collaborate with project teams and other laterals such as Information Security, Compliance, Data, and Risk on technical solutions Minimum Required Experiences 8 years of experience Technical skills in systems architecture, including Cloud / AWS architecture Knowledge of current or trending technologies and tools Ability to formulate enterprise technical strategy and promote strategic enterprise-wide initiatives Ability to partner with technical and business resources to identify target state and interim state solutions Designing solutions for infrastructure, business portfolio needs, data architecture, or security architecture Understanding of platforms and frameworks, microservices, and other essential architecture components Planning and support processes, including development of roadmaps and diagrams Providing guidance on best practices drawing on relevant experience Soft skills including: strong communication, problem-solving, critical thinking, decision-making, active listening, observing, researching, and innovating Desired Experiences Bachelor degree or equivalent Ideally, expertise in one or more areas relevant to
