• $218,000 Job Description Summary TTG Solutions is seeking a proficient Systems Engineer to oversee and enhance our applications infrastructure across diverse networks. We are looking for a dedicated individual capable of ensuring application security compliance and participating in a 24/7 on-call rotation to address technical challenges. Description
• Design, install, configure, and test operating systems, application software, and system management tools.
• Proactively monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to ensure high availability.
• Implement and maintain robust security measures, backup strategies, and disaster recovery plans.
• Develop custom scripts to automate tasks and improve system efficiency.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across hardware, software, and network components.
• Collaborate with developers, management, and other departments to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for system architecture, procedures, and support.
• Research and assess emerging technologies for potential upgrades or new implementations.

Experience Level Mid 3 years of unrelated experience = 1 year of related experience. Bachelors preferred. Master's degree = 1 year of additional related experience. 3 certifications and/or other applicable credentials = 1 year of additional related experience.

Requirements:

4-7 years experience Required Skills 2+ years of experience in system engineering, testing, or DevOps roles Proven experience configuring CI/CD pipelines and automated testing tools Strong working knowledge of Linux/Unix, version control (Git), and scripting languages (Python, Bash, or similar) Familiarity with Agile development practices Bachelor's degree in STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) Optional Skills Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) Experience with test frameworks Strategic thinking and big-picture perspective Strong time management and organizational skills A passion for IT and continuous learning Clearance This position requires an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph. • $218,000 PTO 30 days annual PTO, which includes holidays.

Retirement 15% company retirement contribution. No match required. Vesting period is 50% per year over 2 years. Paid Benefits Company pays all insurance expenses up to 8% of base pay. If your insurance expenses are less that that, we bonus the difference to you. Annual Bonuses 3% to 5% annual bonuses. Cell Phone Stipend $100 monthly phone expense reimbursement.
