The US base salary range for this full-time position is $262,000-$365,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. • Responsibilities
• + Ensure the design, timely implementation, code correctness, and support of SQL Server, a fast-growing database engine within the Cloud SQL product family.

+ Work with product management to define features and create and drive roadmaps for one or more functional areas in the team. + Drive foundational initiatives to grow and improve the reliability of the service. + Participate in and manage technical debt reduction analysis and the implementation efforts. + Participate in the on-call rotations, help maintain and mentor junior engineers, and foster collaboration in a healthy team culture.
