Job Description An employer in the Greater Seattle Washington area is looking for a Remote Senior ZTNA Operations Engineer who will serve as the primary operational owner for enterprise Zero Trust access platforms, supporting and optimizing Netskope and Teleport environments. This individual will partner closely with security, identity, networking, cloud, and infrastructure teams to implement access policies, troubleshoot complex issues, manage platform configurations, and drive adoption of Zero Trust security practices. Responsibilities include supporting ZTNA, SASE, PAM, networking, IAM, and cloud connectivity initiatives; administering role-based access controls and privileged access workflows; automating operational processes through Terraform and scripting; and providing technical leadership for platform enhancements, migrations, and ongoing operational excellence. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with Netskope, Teleport, cloud networking, identity protocols such as SAML and OIDC, and enterprise-scale security operations.
