Responsible for the strategic design, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow applications and platform features ensuring alignment with organizational IT strategy and healthcare-specific needs. Develops ServiceNow architecture roadmaps, ensures platform technical governance, and integrations with other systems.

EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION

Minimum of 5+ years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform, with a strong focus on architecture and solution design. Extensive hands-on experience implementing and managing ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM modules. Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, data model, and integration capabilities (e.g., REST, SOAP). Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks and their application within ServiceNow. Hands-on experience with IRM (Integrated Risk Management) modules, including Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), Vendor Risk Management, and Security Incident Response. Experience with SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) modules, including Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management, and Resource Management. Experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is preferred.

EDUCATION DESCRIPTION

Knowledge of computer/network principles at a level normally acquired through completion of a bachelor's degree in a relevant technology field or acquired through a combination of education and experience is required.

LICENSURE DESCRIPTION

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required or obtained within the first six months of employment. ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification in one or more relevant modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, IRM, SPM) is preferred. Compensation, Benefits & Perks at Froedtert Health Pay is expected to be between: (expressed as hourly) $41.37
