Job Summary:

Works as part of a first-of-its-kind digital engineering group at Inception Health. Delivers greenfield mobile products and contributes to shaping our engineering culture as we continue to build a resilient, cross-functional engineering team. This role focuses on developing high-quality mobile experiences while leveraging foundational knowledge in native iOS and Android development and applying cross-platform technologies such as React Native, Flutter, or Kotlin Multiplatform. EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION

A minimum of 5 years of Engineering experience of software programming, experience in a modern programming language such as JavaScript, Python, Java, C++, Golang, etc. Mastery of one or more technical domains and is regarded as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) among peers and mentors others. Efficient at decomposing requirements into engineering tasks within an issue tracker such as Jira, Trello, GitHub Issues/Project, etc. Proficient at debugging production issues using observability tools. Comfortable creating and reviewing component or system architecture designs that conform to industry best practices.

EDUCATION DESCRIPTION

High School diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor's degree; in Computer Science, similar technical field of study or equivalent practical experience is preferred. Compensation, Benefits & Perks at Froedtert Health Pay is expected to be between: (expressed as hourly) $49.15
