Job Description
We're building a Web3 developer reputation platform that creates verifiable developer profiles from on-chain activity, smart contract deployments, attestations, project history, technical contributions, and AI-based analysis. We're looking for an experienced AI Protocol Engineer to design and improve the AI systems behind developer analysis, reputation scoring, technical evidence processing, and protocol-level decision logic. ## Responsibilities
- Design and build AI-powered developer analysis and reputation systems
- Develop scoring, ranking, classification, and technical evaluation pipelines
- Integrate LLMs and AI models with blockchain and on-chain data
- Build structured workflows for processing GitHub activity, smart contracts, attestations, project history, and other technical evidence
