  • Ability to execute all RMF steps from system categorization to ATO.
  • Strong understanding of DoD cybersecurity compliance and documentation.
  • Skilled in preparing security packages, POA&Ms, and system security plans.
Additional Skills & Qualifications Active DoD Secret Clearance (TS/SAP eligibility preferred for future needs) Experience with classified and unclassified systems, including RDT&E, DREN, SDREN, and platform IT Strong understanding of DoD cybersecurity policies, NIST SP 800-53, and RMF compliance Proficiency in vulnerability scanning tools (e.g., ACAS, Nessus) and remediation coordination Excellent technical writing skills for security documentation and audit readiness Ability to work independently and embed within lab teams, building trust and rapport Adaptability to different lab requirements, including dual-role
