About the Role We are looking for an experienced IT & Information Security Manager to oversee our corporate IT operations and protect the company's critical digital assets. You will manage our macOS and Google Workspace environment, strengthen access controls and security monitoring, investigate unusual activity, and support employees' day-to-day IT needs. This is a hands-on role that combines IT operations with information security. The ideal candidate is practical, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing strong security controls with a seamless employee experience. What You'll Do Manage the company's IT infrastructure and information security program, with a primary focus on macOS devices, Google Workspace, SaaS platforms, and cloud services. Maintain an inventory of critical digital assets and implement appropriate access controls, security policies, and monitoring mechanisms. Monitor and investigate unusual activities, including suspicious logins, excessive downloads, bulk data exports, unauthorized access, and external file sharing. Manage employee accounts, devices, and access permissions throughout the full lifecycle, including onboarding, role changes, periodic access reviews, and offboarding. Administer and secure Mac devices and Google Workspace, including MDM, endpoint protection, authentication, email security, Drive sharing, audit logs, and data protection settings. Lead security incident response, including investigation, evidence preservation, risk assessment, remediation, and follow-up improvements. Provide day-to-day IT support and manage IT assets, vendors, internal policies, security training, backup, and business continuity. What We're Looking For Core Requirements Five or more years of experience in corporate IT or information security, including hands-on experience in security monitoring, access governance, or incident response. Strong experience administering macOS environments, MDM platforms, and Google Workspace. Familiarity with security technologies such as SSO, MFA, EDR, DLP, IAM, SIEM, and centralized logging. Ability to analyze endpoint, account, cloud, and application logs and investigate potentially high-risk activities. Strong understanding of least-privilege access, data protection, employee onboarding and offboarding, SaaS administration, and IT asset management. High level of integrity and discretion, with strong troubleshooting, communication, documentation, and project management skills.
