Full-Time, Direct Hire Key Responsibilities:

Technical Pre-Sales & Solution Design:

Lead customer discovery and requirements gathering, and design security solutions across MXDR, EDR/XDR, SASE/ZTNA, Email Security, DSPM/SSPM, and related technologies. Lead PoCs, product demonstrations, technical proposals, and RFP responses.

Customer, Vendor & Delivery Engagement:

Serve as a technical resource for Japanese financial institutions and other customers, working closely with strategic vendors on product evaluations and solution development. Prepare technical scopes, estimates, SOWs, and ensure smooth handover from pre-sales to delivery.

Sales Enablement & Practice Development:

Develop reusable solution templates, reference architectures, and technical collateral; enable the sales organization through training and product walkthroughs; mentor junior engineers and drive continuous improvement of the pre-sales methodology and service offerings.

Qualifications Experience & Expertise:

3-5+ years in cybersecurity, pre-sales, sales engineering, or solution architecture, with enterprise security experience across EDR/XDR, SASE/ZTNA, MXDR, and Cloud Security.

Communication & Compliance:

Business-level Japanese and English, with experience in technical discovery, solution design, PoCs, and customer presentations.

Preferred:

Experience with Japanese multinational customers, security certifications such as CISSP/CISM, and knowledge of emerging technologies such as DSPM, ASM, and AI Security.

Pay:

$70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
