Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented ABAD Cyber Security Systems Engineer to join our team! In this role you will review Air Base Air Defense (ABAD) concept of operation, level of effectiveness, architecture, and design and provide oversight of documentation work.- This position is located at Ramstein AFB, Germany (International Assignment)

What You'll Be Doing:
Oversee the analysis of security alerts using Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) systems and tools. Develop system policies and procedures that enforce the protection and management of system software and hardware. Perform assessments of systems and networks within the networking environment or enclave and identifies where those systems/networks deviate from acceptable configurations, enclave policy, or local policy. Establish strict program control processes to ensure mitigation of risks and support for obtaining certification and accreditation of systems. Assist in the implementation of required government policy (e.g.,, NISPOM, DCID 6/3) and make recommendations on process tailoring. Perform analyses to validate established security requirements and recommend additional security requirements and safeguard where required. Support the formal Security Test & Evaluation (ST&E) required by each government accrediting authority through pre-test preparations, participation in the tests, analysis of the results, and preparation of required reports. Periodically conduct a review of each system's audits and monitors corrective actions until all actions are closed.What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Experience with threat detection and prevention, endpoint monitoring, data protection, vulnerability management and access control. Bachelor's degree 8+ years relevant experience or 11+ years of Military or specialized experience in lieu of a degree Possess knowledge of network design and maintenance, fault isolation, performance monitoring, configuration management standards, principles, and techniques. Experience with Risk Management Framework (RMF) IAT-Level II Cyber Certification Secret Clearance is required with ability to obtain Top Secret Clearance- This position is located at Ramstein AFB, Germany (International Assignment)
