Description:
NOVA-Dine is seeking an Intermediate Information Assurance (IA) Analyst•Lead to support cybersecurity execution efforts for the Defense Enclave Services (DES) DODNet Migration Execution Services (MES-NET) program. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring cybersecurity compliance throughout network infrastructure and SIPR endpoint migration activities. This position supports Risk Management Framework (RMF) initiatives, Authority to Operate (ATO) activities, vulnerability management, documentation development, POA&M tracking, and cybersecurity reporting associated with the migration of Department of Defense Fourth Estate organizations into DODNet.
Responsibilities:
Support RMF implementation activities across migration workstreams. Assist with creation and maintenance of cybersecurity documentation. Support ATO package updates and security artifact collection. Perform security reviews and assist with vulnerability remediation efforts. Track security findings, waivers, POA&Ms, and remediation activities. Coordinate with engineers and operations teams to ensure cybersecurity compliance. Support post-migration validation activities and cybersecurity scans. Assist with cybersecurity reporting and migration execution documentation. Participate in risk assessments and security reviews. Support compliance with DISA and DoD cybersecurity requirements. Other duties as assigned.

Clearance Requirements:
Active Secret Certification Requirements:
IAM Level III certification or ability to obtain within required timeframe Knowledge of RMF, NIST, STIGs, and DoD cybersecurity frameworks. Experience supporting ATO and accreditation activities. Strong written communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Security+, CASP+, CISSP, or equivalent certification. Experience supporting DISA environments. Experience supporting SIPR and NIPR systems. Experience supporting migration or modernization programs.
Salary Range:
$80,000 to $105,000 The compensation range listed for this position represents the good faith salary range Din Development Corporation (DDC) and its subsidiaries reasonably expect to pay for the role, in accordance with applicable state and local pay transparency laws. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including the position's responsibilities, the candidate's education, experience, skills, internal equity, market considerations, and any applicable collective bargaining agreements or legal requirements.
