They translate alerts into action. Vulnerabilities into priorities. Cyber risk into mission risk. Technical data into decisions leaders can trust. ISPA Technology is looking for a Cybersecurity Analyst to support TITAN and Edge Theater Architecture efforts in Panama City Beach, Florida. These programs require resilient systems, secure data movement, tactical edge connectivity, and rapid decision support across complex mission environments. We need someone who can look at a scan result, a configuration issue, a system change, or a suspicious pattern and ask the question that matters most: What does this mean for the mission? What you will do You will support cyber operations, vulnerability analysis, compliance monitoring, and mission assurance for systems operating in tactical and theater edge environments.
You will:
Analyze vulnerability scan results, STIG findings, configuration baselines, and cyber compliance data. Support vulnerability remediation planning, mitigation documentation, and risk prioritization. Track cybersecurity findings from identification through closure. Support continuous monitoring, cyber reporting, and security posture reviews. Work with system administrators, software engineers, ISSOs, ISSMs, and mission stakeholders to reduce operational cyber risk. Help assess the cybersecurity impact of system updates, software releases, network changes, and architecture modifications. Support documentation for
RMF, ATO
sustainment, POA&Ms, risk acceptance, and control validation. Monitor cyber trends, emerging threats, and technical vulnerabilities relevant to tactical edge and theater-level systems. Help strengthen systems supporting ISR, data fusion, tactical communications, targeting support, and mission command workflows. What makes you a strong fit You are curious, analytical, and calm under pressure. You do not just report findings. You help people understand them. You can move between technical detail and operational impact without losing the thread.
Required qualifications:
Active Secret clearance or higher. Experience in cybersecurity analysis, vulnerability management, cyber compliance, information assurance, or security operations. Familiarity with DoD cybersecurity practices, RMF, STIGs, ACAS or similar scanning tools, and POA&M tracking. Ability to work on-site in Panama City Beach, FL. Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills. Ability to coordinate across technical and non-technical teams.
Preferred qualifications:
Security+, CySA+, CASP+, CEH, CISSP, or similar certification. Experience with Navy, Army, joint, or DoD tactical systems. Experience with ACAS or Nessus, STIG Viewer, SCAP, Trellix/ESS, SIEM tools, endpoint security, or incident response workflows. Familiarity with DevSecOps, cloud security, edge computing, data architectures, or tactical communications. Why ISPA At ISPA, cyber analysis is not just about dashboards and reports.
