Pay Rate:

$70/hour C2C (Please do not submit over)The Microsoft 365 Administrator/Engineer is responsible for the design, Administration, security, and support of Microsoft 365 services, with a strong focus on identity, Access Management, and modern workplace technologies This role manages Entra ID, Conditional Access, authentication, Zero Trust security controls, Intune device management, and application registrations while supporting enterprise collaboration and productivity solutions

Qualifications:

• Strong expertise in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Azure AD Connect, and Identity & Access Management (IAM)
• Experience with Conditional Access, authentication methods, and Zero Trust frameworks
• Knowledge of Microsoft Defender, Security Operations, and penetration testing concepts
• Experience managing Intune and mobile device management (MDM)
• Proficiency with Azure Automation, runbooks, Microsoft Graph, and PowerShell
• Exposure to Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Copilot Chat (Cowork), Power Platform, and Microsoft Fabric
• Ability to collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to deliver secure and scalable solutions

Preferred:

• Experience working with modern AI, Automation, and productivity solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem
• Strong troubleshooting, Engineering, and stakeholder communication skillsNice to

Have:

• Understanding of Information Barriers, data segregation, and regulatory compliance requirements
• Experience supporting mergers, Acquisitions, Divestitures, and tenant separation activities
