Job Description
Develop and oversee the implementation of information security procedures and policies. Build, maintain and upgrade security technology, such as firewalls, for the safe use of computer networks and the transmission and retrieval of information. Design and implement appropriate security controls to identify vulnerabilities and protect digital files and electronic infrastructures. Monitor and maintaining endpoint security alerts and logs, respond to threats, and investigate suspicious activity or malware incidents with Sophos. Administer and monitor Barracuda Cloud Email Security Gateway for spam filtering, phishing protection, malware scanning, and policy enforcement, including investigating and remediating email threats, quarantines, and delivery issues using the Barracuda dashboard. Manage Barracuda Cloud-to Cloud Backup for Microsoft 365 or other cloud platforms, ensuring backup success, retention compliance, and restoring operations as needed. Make sure all devices are UpToDate with security updates to ensure security. As a Microsoft 365 Administrator, oversee user and group management, assign roles and permissions to ensure proper access, create resource room calendars for the organization, create enterprise applications, make sure users are using MFA, audit user sign in activity to ensure no unauthorized access attempts, shared mailbox management. Manage and monitor backup solutions for critical servers and ensure reliable recovery points and data protection. Serve as an EPIC Support Analyst (mainly Laboratory) for EMR system. Configure and manage Gritman's Remote Access for external users. Implement DUO Multifactor Authentication on all Gritman Cloud Services where needed and manage it for any requests that are made to integrate with another platform or service. Administer and maintain Active Directory (AD) infrastructure, ensuring secure user authentication and access control across the organization. Design, implement, and manage Group Policies (GPOs) to enforce security settings and compliance across domain-joined devices. Manage the KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training platform as a system admin, schedule and monitor simulated phishing campaigns across the organization, and enroll users in ongoing security awareness training programs. Integrate Apple Device Management for all Apple products used within Gritman. Serve as a Cisco Phone System Administrator to configure, administer, and maintain Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Unity Connection, and related VoIP infrastructure, which includes phone trees, call handlers, translation patterns, phone migrations, and creating DN's, call schedules for office hours, user profiles, extension assignments, voicemail settings, and call routing rules. Provide rotating on-call support after hours for any IT related issues, and when needed, step in to provide tech support to help the front-end team.
