Chicago, IL (open to other client locations) Banking and Financial Domain Role Summary We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow SecOps Senior Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) solutions. The ideal candidate will independently drive SecOps implementations, mentor junior developers, collaborate with security teams, and actively participate in architecture review boards by presenting and defending technical designs aligned with enterprise security standards. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow SecOps solutions including: Security Incident Response (SIR) Vulnerability Response (VR) Threat Intelligence Configuration Compliance Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Flow Designer workflows, UI Policies, ACLs, and integrations. Lead technical solution design, prepare HLD/LLD documents, and support architecture governance processes. Participate in Architecture Review Boards and confidently defend technical designs and implementation strategies. Integrate ServiceNow with security tools such as Microsoft Defender, CrowdStrike, Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7, Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, and

platforms. Automate security response and vulnerability remediation workflows. Conduct code reviews, enforce development standards, and ensure platform scalability and security. Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership across the SecOps team. Collaborate with Security Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Infrastructure teams to deliver effective security solutions.
