Job Description

We are looking for a Cyber Security Analyst to strengthen and support a modern, Microsoft-focused technology environment. This role blends security operations, risk awareness, and end-user support, making it ideal for someone who can investigate threats, improve protective controls, and communicate clearly with both technical and nontechnical teams. The successful candidate will help safeguard enterprise systems, customer-facing platforms, and connected third-party services while contributing to a collaborative, service-oriented IT organization.
Responsibilities:
  • Monitor security events across enterprise tools, investigate suspicious activity, and escalate or resolve incidents in a timely manner.
  • Administer and optimize cybersecurity platforms used for threat detection, vulnerability management, identity protection, endpoint defense, and secure access.
  • Partner with IT and business teams to coordinate remediation efforts for vulnerabilities, configuration gaps, and other identified security risks.
  • Support incident response activities by documenting findings, tracking actions, and helping contain and recover from security events.
  • Assist with audit preparation, compliance evidence gathering, and security readiness efforts related to internal and external assessments.
  • Provide practical guidance to employees on phishing awareness, secure behavior, and day-to-day cybersecurity best practices.
  • Contribute to support tickets when security expertise is needed, working across service levels to help resolve user and system issues.
  • Review and maintain protections related to firewalls, remote access, email security, and endpoint configurations across the environment.
