Cyber Operations Lead Mayvin, Inc. - 3.7 Scott AFB, IL Job Details Full-time $139,914 - $150,110 a year 11 hours ago Qualifications Bachelor's degree Full Job Description Mayvin is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Operations Lead to oversee cybersecurity activities supporting the U.S. Army Transportation Command's global IT environment. This position will lead cyber defense operations, including security monitoring, threat analysis, vulnerability management, incident detection and response, security reporting, and coordination with Government stakeholders. The Cybersecurity Operations Lead will help protect mission-critical systems, networks, and information while maintaining operational readiness across the enterprise. Must be a U.S. Citizen. Must have an active Secret clearance.
Responsibilities :
Leading day-to-day cybersecurity and cyber defense operations Monitoring security alerts, network activity, system logs, and SIEM data Identifying, analyzing, documenting, and escalating potential cyber incidents Coordinating incident response, containment, remediation, and recovery activities Managing vulnerability scanning, analysis, tracking, and reporting Overseeing ACAS scans, Vulnerability Index reports, POA&Ms, and remediation efforts Supporting RMF activities and maintaining system Authorizations to Operate Ensuring cybersecurity activities comply with DoD, Army, DISA, and organizational requirements Providing cybersecurity status, risks, trends, and recommendations to Government stakeholders Leading cybersecurity personnel and coordinating security activities with system, network, application, and help-desk teams
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's in computer science, cybersecurity, data scientist, information systems, information technology, software engineering or a related field
Preferred Qualifications :
Minimum of five years of relevant cybersecurity experience, including experience performing cyber defense analysis in a DoD environment Security+, PenTest+, Cloud+,
CEH Practical, FITSP-O, GCED, GDSA, GMON, GRID, or GSEC About Mayvin:
