JOB DESCRIPTION

• Quantech Services is seeking full-time Personnel Cybersecurity support located at Hanscom AFB, MA supporting the Cryptologic and Cyber Systems Division (AFLCMC/HNC). The candidate shall perform the following tasks: Ensuring compliance with the DoD and USAF certification and accreditation policies, specifically DoD 8510.01 Risk Management Framework (RMF) for DoD Information Technology. Supporting activities and meet the requirements of DoDI 8520.02, Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and Public Key (PK) Enabling, in order to achieve standardized, PKI-supported capabilities for biometrics, digital signatures, encryption, identification, and authentication. Perform work that involves ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of systems, networks, and data through the planning, analysis, development, implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of information systems security programs, policies The Candidate will assist with the development of System Security Plans, Program Protection Plans, Security Risk Analyses, OPSEC plans, Computer Certification and Accreditation, Security Vulnerability and Countermeasures Analyses, Security CONOPS, and other Adaptive Acquisition Framework elements The Candidate will support the system/application Authorization & Accreditation (A&A) effort to include assessing and guiding the quality and completeness of A&A activities The Candidate will update, monitor, and manage information in systems in the program office, as well as process and manage system user accounts and process tools The candidate must have experience in the following cybersecurity efforts, including, but not limited to: Conducting systems security evaluations, audits, and reviews Recommending systems security contingency plans and disaster recovery procedures Recommending and implementing programs to ensure that systems, network, and data users are aware of, understand, and adhere to systems security policies and procedures Participating in network and systems design to ensure implementation of appropriate systems security policies Facilitating the gathering, analysis, and preservation of evidence uses in the prosecution of computer crimes Assessing security events to determine impact and implementing of corrective actions Ensuring the rigorous application of information security/cybersecurity policies, principles, and practices in the delivery of IT services Performing the Information System Security Engineer (ISSE) duties in an Information Assurance Workforce System Architecture and Engineering (IASAE) position as outlined in

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Top Secret/SCI Clearance required Must have MA/MS and 12 Years of relevant experience with 5 in DoD, or BA/BS and 15 Yrs exp w 5 in DoD ISSE (IASAE Level II) -- 8570

Baseline Certs:
CASP+ CE, CISSP
