• $200000 Job Description A leading technology organization is looking for an IAM Engineer to join its Identity and Access Management team.

This role will focus on supporting and enhancing enterprise identity platforms, including Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, hybrid identity services, and access management technologies. You'll work alongside infrastructure, security, cloud, and application teams to help deliver secure, reliable, and scalable identity solutions across the enterprise. Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise Identity and Access Management environments Experience administering Microsoft Active Directory Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) Understanding of authentication, authorization, federation, and identity lifecycle management Experience with PowerShell or other scripting languages Experience troubleshooting identity-related issues across users, applications, and systems Ability to work cross-functionally with infrastructure, security, and application teams Strong communication and problem-solving skills Desired Skills & Experience Experience supporting hybrid identity environments Familiarity with privileged access management concepts Experience with identity governance and access reviews Knowledge of service accounts, service principals, managed identities, and application authentication Experience using APIs, automation tools, or infrastructure-as-code practices Familiarity with cloud technologies and modern authentication protocols Knowledge of security frameworks and best practices Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience What You Will Be Doing Daily Responsibilities Support and maintain Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID environments Assist with identity modernization and automation initiatives Manage authentication, authorization, and access management processes Partner with security teams to strengthen identity controls and reduce risk Troubleshoot complex identity and access issues Implement and improve automation for routine IAM operations Support application onboarding and identity integrations Help improve identity governance, compliance, and operational processes Participate in platform upgrades, maintenance activities, and security initiatives Collaborate across teams to deliver scalable identity solutions Breakdown 85% Hands-On Engineering 15% Project & Team Collaboration The Offer Opportunity to work with modern identity and cloud technologies Highly collaborative engineering environment Exposure to enterprise-scale identity platforms and security initiatives Long-term career growth opportunities Flexible and supportive team culture You will receive the following benefits Medical Insurance Dental Benefits Vision Benefits Paid Time Off (PTO) 401(k) Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis now and in the future.
