The Cybersecurity Senior Manager (SM2) is responsible for driving strategic cyber solution development, supporting priority account growth, and enabling the successful pursuit and delivery of cybersecurity services across client engagements. This role serves as a trusted advisor to account leadership teams, helping clients address complex cyber risks while identifying opportunities to expand EY Cyber services. The individual will work closely with client-serving partners, account teams, solution architects, managed service leaders, and global cybersecurity practices to develop differentiated solutions, support pursuits, and position EY as the preferred cyber transformation advisor.Key Responsibilities:
Cyber Solution Development- Cyber Defense & Fraud Lead development of integrated cybersecurity solutions aligned to client business objectives and risk priorities.

Lead development of differentiated cybersecurity solutions for Cyber Defense & Fraud. Establish trusted advisor relationships with client executives at insurance sector accounts. Achieve revenue and sales targets aligned to account plans. Successfully support major pursuits and proposal efforts. Enhance EY's market position through innovative cyber offerings and thought leadership. The base salary range for this job is: New York City, Boston, and Washington DC Metro Areas, Washington State, and Southern California offices- $204,800 to $425,500 Bay Area California offices
- $213,300 to $443,200 All other offices locations in the US, including Sacramento
- $170,600 to $390,000 Individual salaries within these ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
