Job SummaryWe are seeking a Cybersecurity Engineer / Security Operations Specialist to support enterprise security operations, incident response, and compliance initiatives. This role will be responsible for monitoring, detecting, and responding to security threats while ensuring adherence to industry security standards and best practices.

Job DescriptionSecurity OperationsOperate and manage SIEM, IDS/IPS, EDR, DLP, and other security toolsAdminister firewall rules, VPNs, and secure remote accessPerform vulnerability scanning, patch management, and backup integrity checksMonitor email and network traffic for threats and anomaliesIncident ResponseLead incident response efforts and crisis coordinationConduct investigations, root-cause analysis, and prepare incident reportsSupport internal and external auditsAccess & Identity ManagementManage user provisioning and deprovisioning across systemsConduct access reviews and secure offboarding processesEnforce data classification and secure printing controlsTraining & AwarenessSupport and deliver cybersecurity awareness training programs
BCP / DR
SupportAssist with disaster recovery (DR) planning and testingQualifications Minimum 4+ years of experience in cybersecurity or information securityStrong knowledge of security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, TISAX, etc.)Experience working with security tools and incident responseAbility to work independently and in cross-functional teamsStrong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skillsPreferred QualificationsMaster's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, or related fieldExperience with incident response and security investigationsKnowledge of scripting languages (Python, PowerShell) for automationPreferred certifications: GSEC, CEH, SSCP, CISSPEducation & CertificationsBachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent experience)Certifications such as Security+ or CySA+ requiredAdditional RequirementsDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsReliable and dependable with consistent attendanceStrong verbal and written communication skillsTeam-oriented mindsetAdditional InformationWork Environment & ScheduleStandard 40-hour work week (Monday-Friday)Typical working hours starting around 8:00 AM (flexible)Office-based environment with minimal physical demandsOccasional stress in a fast-paced environmentTravelOccasional travel required (up to 10%) All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
